To be eligible applicants:
- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent resident who is residing in Quebec.
- Applicants must be undertaking full time study.
- The applicants must have an exceptional academic standing.
- Volunteer or community services is a requirement
- All applications, letters of references and letters of intent must be signed. The letters of reference must be current-no more than three months. Applicants must include a letter of acceptance to CEGEP, University or a Vocational Institution.
- Transcripts and letters of reference must be authenticated. (Only Official transcripts bearing the institution seal will be accepted. E-mailed documents cannot be authenticated. Copies and web-based transcripts are not acceptable.)
